As the Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be the main point of contact for clients,
guiding them through their marketing journey and ensuring client satisfaction, retention,
and growth by aligning services with their goals.
π Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and
internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Onboard new clients and clearly explain our processes
and offerings to set them up for success.

Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable
insights to drive results.

Address client concerns proactively and offer tailored
solutions to challenges.

Collaborate with internal teams for timely execution
of deliverables.

Identify upsell opportunities and present solutions
that align with client needs.

Utilize tools like GoHighLevel, Facebook Ads Manager,
and ClickUp for client management.

Requirements
π Experience
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles
- Preferably in digital marketing or agency environment
π Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
- Preferred but not mandatory
π» Technical Skills
- CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred)
- Familiarity with GSuite tools
- Knowledge of Freshdesk for support
- Proficiency in Slack communication
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager
- Familiarity with ClickUp for projects
